I'm a developer who likes understanding how the pieces fit together.

My work sits mainly on the backend, but I'm comfortable moving across the stack when a product needs it. I've worked with APIs, databases, microservices, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and modern web frontends.

Recently at IoT.nxt, I've been building production systems around telemetry ingestion and automated reporting. Outside of work, I independently shipped Thorstore Art, a live e-commerce platform.

Software Engineering Intern

IoT.nxt

  • Built an end-to-end Python telemetry reporting pipeline using PostgreSQL, pandas, Excel reporting, and automated Outlook distribution.
  • Designed three stakeholder-specific report tiers for local, regional, and national operational data.
  • Built a sensor telemetry ingestion microservice in ASP.NET Core (.NET 10) using a bounded Channel<T> pipeline and background processing.
  • Collaborated across teams to refine requirements and improve backend performance.
  • Built a Power BI embedding POC with Entra ID authentication, backend-generated embed tokens, live reports, and automatic page rotation to evaluate it as a Superset alternative.
  • Built a Dockerised PostgreSQL migration POC using Alembic and GitHub Actions to test backfills, failure handling, and reruns across Dev, QA, and Production.
